Richard V. Bailey Award for Humor: Tom Neiger (photo below) - Lunch at Costco's

This year marks the beginning of a new tradition for the CBW with the establishment of the Richard V. Bailey award for Humor to be awarded each year at the annual All Stars Gala. The first recipient of the award, Tom Neiger, is pictured to the right receiving the award from CBW President, Mary Ann Carr.

The award was created in Rick Bailey's namesake both to honor his selfless contributions to the club and its members, spanning well over a decade, and to acknowledge his mastery of the humorous twist so evident in his many upbeat nonfiction short stories. Rick Bailey has always gone the extra mile and the CBW is richer for his efforts. Here's to you, Rick!!  Thanks from all of us!
