Pamela K. Kinney, also known under the pseudonym, Sapphire Phelan, lives in Chesterfield, Virginia with her husband, Bill, and their two female cats, Baste and Ripley.
As Pamela K. Kinney, she is an author of published horror, science fiction, fantasy, poetry, and so far, two nonfiction paranormal books, Haunted Richmond, Virginia and Haunted Virginia: Legends, Myths and True Tales, of which both nonfiction ghost books were published by Schiffer Publishing.
As Sapphire Phelan, she writes paranormal romance.
