About the event

Paul was an editor at Doubleday and executive editor at Simon & Schuster, acquiring and editing more than 150 books. He was director of publications for Colonial Williamsburg until a few years ago, and he's now an editor and writer for Colonial Williamsburg. He's the author of, among other books, Unsolved Mysteries of American History (Wiley), Count the Ways (McGraw Hill), Did Babe Ruth Call His Shot? (Wiley), We Hold These Truths (Rowman and Littlefield), Founding Feuds (Sourcebooks), and American Stories (Lyons).

Half-Chicken Platter smoked, brushed with Rocco’s BBQ sauce and finished on an open fire grill.

Pulled Pork Platter Pork smoked for 15 hours for tenderness and flavor

Half-rack St Louis Ribs with Rocco’s special spices, smoked 4 hours, topped with sauce. Served Dry on request

Pulled Chicken Platter Slowly smoked whole chicken pulled and sauced

Group B Meal Choices:7-Grain Veggie Burger with fries. Perfect for vegetarians & vegans. Served on knot roll with lettuce, tomato and pickle. Cheese available upon request

All-American Burger with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a roll. Served with fries.

Philly Smoked beef brisket sandwich Philly-style with sautéed onions and lots of cheese on a sub roll. Served with fries.

Smoked beef brisket sandwich-no cheese. Served with fries.

Two smoked Bratwurst served with sauerkraut and spicy mustard.

Group C Salad as Entree

Chicken Caesar Salad - Romaine Lettuce, Croutons and Parmesan Cheese tossed in Caesar dressing.
